Where to Find Net Carbs in Nutrition Analysis
Net Carbs are used by several diets. In each nutrition analysis, NYC calculates net carbs as :
Net Carbs (g) = Carbs (g) – Dietary Fiber (g)
In NYC versions 5.96 and earlier, NYC labeled net carbs as “ECC” for “effective carbohydrate count” in the nutrition analysis output. In NYC 5.97 and higher, net carbs is labeled “net carbs (g)” rather than “ECC” to make it easier to find for those not familiar with the ECC label.
